Course Refunds
- Open Water Classes: Refunds are available before any water work has commenced, less the cost of the online learning materials, which are non-refundable. When purchased as part of our Open Water course package, the combined value of the SDI Open Water and Computer Nitrox online learning materials is $200.
- All Other Courses: A 50% cancellation charge applies for cancellations made before any water work begins. Online learning materials are non-refundable.
- Class Expiration: Classes must be commenced within 12 months of purchase or the class fee is forfeited.
Schedule Changes
We strive to accommodate changes, but because we limit class sizes to maintain a high-quality experience, the following rescheduling fees apply:

Any applicable rescheduling fees must be paid before future class sessions can be scheduled or diving certifications processed.
Merchandise Returns
- Within 14 Days: Full refund for new, unused items in original packaging.
- 15 to 30 Days: Refund with 25% restocking fee for items in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Special Orders (not stocked in store): Subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- After 30 Days: No refunds or returns accepted.
Package Incentives
If any items from a package incentive are returned and the remaining items no longer meet eligibility, the value of any discounted or complimentary items will be charged at full retail and deducted from the refund.
General Conditions
- All returns and refunds are subject to evaluation based on the condition of the merchandise and any applicable manufacturer warranties.
- A 3.5% fee will be retained on all eligible refunds to cover non-refundable credit card processing costs. This may be applied at the discretion of Scuba Adventures.
- Scuba Adventures reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, or refund that does not meet the above conditions or store policies.
- Invoices older than 12 months are not eligible for return or refund.
Repair & Service Agreement
This agreement is entered into between Aquatic Ventures LLC dba Scuba Adventures (the “DIVE CENTER”) and the customer named above (the “CUSTOMER”) for the service and/or repair of scuba and/or skin diving equipment.
By signing this agreement, the CUSTOMER acknowledges and accepts the following:
- This is a release of the CUSTOMER’s rights to sue for injuries or death resulting from use of the equipment after service or repair.
- The DIVE CENTER and its employees, owners, officers, or agents (“RELEASED PARTIES”) shall not be held liable for any injury, death, or damages to the CUSTOMER or their heirs resulting from use of the equipment after service.
- By signing, the CUSTOMER exempts and releases all RELEASED PARTIES from any liability, including product liability or negligence, whether passive or active.
Repair Terms & Storage Policy
- Upon completion of service, the customer will be notified via email, text (SMS), and automated phone message.
- Equipment left more than 10 days after notice of completion will incur a $25/week storage fee.
- A deposit may be collected at drop-off. By signing the work order, the CUSTOMER authorizes Scuba Adventures to charge the card on file for completed work and any storage fees.
- Any gear left longer than 30 days after completion becomes property of the DIVE CENTER.
- If you experience issues with serviced gear, contact us immediately to return it for additional testing.
