The GUE Performance Diver course is your introduction to the GUE system and a powerful way to refine buoyancy, trim, propulsion, teamwork, and underwater awareness.
Designed for divers from any agency, this course helps you become more stable, controlled, and capable underwater while introducing the procedures, equipment philosophy, and team-diving concepts that make GUE training unique.

What You’ll Learn
- Adaptive online learning through the GUE eLearning platform

Course Details
- Two-day course format
- Minimum of four dives
- Minimum sixteen hours of instruction and in-water work
- Includes classroom learning, practical drills, and in-water skill development
- Training conducted through Scuba Adventures Plano and local training sites
Prerequisites
- Minimum age 12
- Autonomous entry-level scuba certification or equivalent
- Physically and mentally fit for diving
- Non-smoker
- If using doubles: 10+ non-training dives in doubles or GUE Doubles Primer certification
- If using a drysuit: 10+ non-training dives in a drysuit or GUE Drysuit Primer certification
